For a long time the "One And Only" Official-LIVE-KROKUS album. Recorded live during their 1986 American and Canadian tours in Amarillo-Texas, Cincinnati-Ohio, Baltimore-Maryland and Toronto-Canada with Remote Recording Services Mobile except "Stayed Awake All Night", recorded in Poughkeepsie-New York with Westwood One Radio. The album is mixed at Right Track Recording, New York City. Released in October of 1986, just 6 months after the "Change Of Address" studio album. Produced and engineered by Tony Platt. This is the last release on the Arista label.

The line-up is the same as the one that recorded "Change Of Address". Marc Storace on vocals, Fernando Von Arb on lead guitar, Tommy Keiser on bass and Jeff Klaven on drums.

The album hits the US Billboard Charts at #97. It included live versions of "Long Stick Goes Boom", "Eat The Rich", "Screaming In The Night", "Hot Shot City", "Midnite Maniac", "Bedside Radio", "Lay Me Down", "Stayed Awake All Night" and "Headhunter".

And another line-up change takes place with Jeff Klaven leaving the band and Ex-Crown drummer Dani Crivelli replaces him for "live" concerts in support of the live album.
