CLAN

As part of the ”CLAN” you have supported KROKUS over decades. Whether you are an industry insider like radio & TV personalities, journalists, publishing & record companies, booking agents, concert promoters, merchandising companies, web masters, record producers, sound engineers and for that matter anyone in the “biz” working hard behind the scenes, somehow you have kept KROKUS in the spotlight. And the band thanks you for your loyalty over the years and your continuous support.

We will keep you informed about current activities and appreciate your creative ways to “spread the word”. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome!

FAN

Without a “FAN” there would be no reason for KROKUS to carry on. You are the “fuel” that keeps our beloved rockers moving forward. Going strong for over 5 decades, KROKUS is grateful to have a fan base that stood by them through thick and thin.

With their release “Hoodoo”, the reunited original line-up returned for the first time in over 20 years stronger than ever. And continued with other, new recordings.

Who on earth is Peter Waelti?

What makes me so qualified to get answers to all of your questions? Allow me to introduce myself. I know Marc since 1970 when I managed him in Switzerland with TEA, then the #1 Swiss Rock Band. Ironically, the early KROKUS toured many times as “supporting act” with TEA and no one could even imagine at that time that one day the “voice” of TEA would join KROKUS. The members of KROKUS were our friends, in fact a couple of them loved to visit my house and “sample” my extensive alcoholic beverage collection. Original guitarist Tommy Kiefer loved it so much that he slightly overindulged. As a result he fell down the stairs in my house and broke his leg and up to today some people claim I planned this to cause a “slight setback” to the competition. To this day I stand by my story that this was purely coincidental (smile)!

In 1980 I immigrated to the United States to settle down in Denver/Colorado. Once you are in the music circle, it’s hard to let go (those of you that are in it know what I’m talking about). Over all these years I kept in touch with Marc on a semi-regular basis. In 2005 KROKUS toured the US finally again and one of their tour stops was Denver. It allowed me to “rekindle” the relationship first hand. One thing lead to another and the band asked me to be the liason between them and their fans.

I am very gracious that the band welcomed me to the KROKUS team and I will be the “link” between you and the musicians to maintain this precious relationship. Together we will rock the world.

FROM OUR HEARTS TO YOUR SOUL – NEVER, EVER STOP ROCKIN’! WE WILL BE SHARING "MAGICAL" MOMENTS TOGETHER ON THE JOURNEY INTO THE FUTURE.....
For any questions, requests or comments, feel free to contact me and ask me on anything that you always wanted to know and were afraid to ask where KROKUS is concerned.
